This is an absolutely magnificient pic of water-sculpted stratified sandstone. Who could look at this and not be awed by the power of water and time? I'm collecting pics to show to my at-risk 9th grade inner-city earth science students, kids who have never and may never really get to see first-hand anything like this, and i will most certainly include this pic among the bunch. Beautiful!
