This looks like the redwood forests down in my neck of the woods, north of San Francisco a couple hours. To walk in them is to feel you're walking somewhere ancient and knowledgeable--and if you only knew the language you could tap into it. You can believe in faires in these forests!

Was this picture taken in Vancouver,Canada?Would there be any picture's of the totem poles out there, I love this one, it reminds me of a painting by Liz Mitten Ryan called Kindred Spirits.
