What do you mean you cant download it, just enlarge the image (right click and select view image) and then right click and select save image as, easy.

you can't really download it, but i know how to get it set as a wallpaper. click the image and copy the larger image that comes up. open paint and paste in.
grab it from the corner and slowly but accurately extend it diagonally until it is REALLY big but not bigger than your desktop. grip and drag the white background of paint to match the edges of the picture. save it, then under File click Set As Background(Centered). after that it should be on your screen perfectly.
